S 20 on 24 May 2024 year on the basis of the National Medical Research Center named after. V.A. Almazov held a scientific and practical seminar “Surgical treatment of obesity and metabolic disorders” in St. Petersburg. From the FITs FTM clinic, The head of the surgical department, Ruziboev Golibjon Nurillaevich, took part in the seminar.
Leading medical experts inbariatric surgery presented modern safe methods of therapy at the seminar, developed on the basis of the latest scientific research and best practices of the international community of specialists.
The emphasis in training was on the subtleties of interaction with bariatric patients, multidisciplinary approach, technical features of performing bariatric interventions, tactics in case of complications. The main goal of the seminar is to prepare the surgeon for bariatric practice and to protect the doctor from common mistakes.
The seminar is accredited by the Russian Society of Bariatric Surgeons - a member of the International Federation of Obesity Surgery.
Upon completion of the training, the seminar participants received a Certificate, the presence of which provides a legal basis for assessing the quality of medical care for bariatric patients.
