In accordance with Art.. 37 Federal law dated 21.11.2011 N 323-ФЗ “On the basics of protecting the health of citizens in the Russian Federation”.

Health care, except for medical care, provided as part of a clinical trial, organized and provided:

  • In accordance with the regulation on the organization of medical care by type of medical care, which is approved by the authorized federal executive body;
  • In accordance with the procedures for the provision of medical care, approved by the authorized federal executive body and binding on the territory of the Russian Federation by all medical organizations;
  • Based on clinical guidelines;
  • Subject to the standards of medical care, approved by the authorized federal executive body.
