Dear colleagues!
We invite you 3-4 December 2024 year to take part in the VI International Scientific Conference “IMPACT OF CLIMATE CHANGE ON BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY AND SPREAD OF VIRAL INFECTIONS OF ANIMALS IN EURASIA”, as well as at the XII school for young scientists “EPIDEMIOLOGY AND EPIZOOTOLOGY OF ZOONOZIC INFECTIONS AND COUNTERING BIOGENIC THREATS”.
The conference and the school will be held on the basis of the Research Institute of Virology FRC FTM g. Novosibirsk, st. Timakova 2.
The main purpose of the conference is to coordinate domestic and international zoological (primarily ornithological and chiropterological) and virological studies to study the role of migratory animals (in characteristics of birds and bats) in the spread of infections, potentially dangerous to humans and animals, as well as analysis of the influence of climatic and environmental factors on migration routes. The conference materials will be published in a collection of abstracts conferences with accommodation in the RSCI.
Conference format - mixed (personal participation and on-line participation).
The working languages of the conference are Russian and English.
Scientific directions (conference sections):
Section 1: Climate Trends and Regional Biodiversity Issues
Section 2: Ecology of migratory species - hosts of viral pathogens
