Novosibirsk Medical Institute, in 1989 G. defended her Ph.D. thesis on the topic "The effect of treatment with photochemotherapy in combination with methotrexate on the clinic and pathomorphology of severe forms of psoriasis", in 1998 G. – doctoral dissertation on the topic “Morphogenesis and clinical features of psoriasis in modern environmental conditions and some aspects of its correction”, in 2006 G. - Professor at the Department of Fundamental Medicine of the Institute of Medicine and Psychology V. Zelman Novosibirsk National Research State University.

The main direction of scientific research is the study of epidemiology, clinics and pathomorphology of the most common dermatoses in the ecological conditions of Siberia; development of new methods for their diagnosis, prognosis and therapies.

Yu.M.Krinitsyna made an important contribution to the study of pato- and morphogenesis of psoriatic disease in the dynamics of various methods of therapy, on the basis of the conducted studies, the idea was formulated of the leading role in the morphogenesis of psoriasis of the violation of the ratio of the two most important morphogenetic processes in the skin - the proliferation and differentiation of epidermocytes. Approaches to the correction of psoriasis in modern environmental conditions have been developed.

Author over 120 scientific papers, including 2 monographs and 10 teaching aids.

Under guidance and consultation protected 1 doctoral and 2 PhD dissertations.

Yu.M.Krinitsyna - member of the council for the defense of doctoral and master's theses 24.1.242.03 at FGBNU "FRC FTM" in the specialty "pathological anatomy".

Yu.M. Krinitsyna is a consultant of the Novosibirsk Regional Clinical Dermatovenerologic Dispensary, awarded the Rudolf Virchow medal, numerous diplomas from ministers of health, including the federal level, diplomas of the Governors of the NSO for conscientious long-term work.
