Activities – study of adaptive environmentally conditioned changes in endocrine regulation, formed at various stages of ontogenesis, as risk factors for the onset and development of pathological processes; mechanisms for the development of obesity and diabetes mellitus due to changes in the hormonal status of the body under the influence of unfavorable exo- and endogenous factors (clinical- experimental studies).

Research methods – anthropometric, physiological, functional, clinical, biochemical, enzyme immunoassays, morphological, molecular genetic.

Graduated in 1971 Novosibirsk State University, was assigned to the Institute of Clinical and Experimental Medicine of the Siberian Branch of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences (now FIC FTM), where he currently works as director of NIIECM FITs FTM. Concurrently, he works as the head of the Department for the Coordination of Scientific and Educational Activities of the FRC FTM. On a voluntary basis, he acts as the head of the Inter-Institute Radioisotope Laboratory of the FRC FTM.

AT 1978 defended her Ph.D. thesis on: "Studying the binding of H3-aldosterone by nuclear and cytoplasmic receptors of kidney cells at different levels of aldosterone in the body", and in 1996 year - doctoral dissertation: "Adaptive modification of hormonal mechanisms of regulation of resistance of experimental animals to cold". AT 1995 was awarded the academic title of senior researcher, in 2000 year - professor in the specialty Pathological physiology. The State Scientific Scholarship for Outstanding Russian Scientists was awarded twice for 1997-2000 and 2000-2003 years.

Research interests include the study of adaptive environmentally determined changes in endocrine regulation., formed at various stages of ontogenesis, as risk factors for the onset and development of pathological processes. Neurohormonal mechanisms identified and described for the first time, underlying the increase in cold tolerance in adult animals, exposed in the first days of life to short-term cooling. A large fragment of scientific research is devoted to the study of the mechanisms of the pathogenesis of thyroid disorders, to identify the prevalence of iodine deficiency diseases in the regions of Siberia and the Far North, development of effective methods for their prevention and correction. In this regard, she participated in the development and implementation of programs to combat iodine deficiency diseases in the Novosibirsk Region and the Mirny Ulus of the Republic of Sakha. (Yakutia). Took an active part in the implementation of scientific and practical contracts with ALROSA, NPO "Belokurikha", Kemerovo State University, Novosibirsk State Medical University, International Research Institute of Space Anthropoecology.

During her scientific career she published 725 scientific works, including 10 monographs and 11 educational and methodical works, received 11 copyright certificates for the results of intellectual activity (4 patent, 4 computer programs, 3 Database). Publication citation index (hirsch index) in the Russian Science Citation Index is 21. Under the guidance and with scientific advice protected 29 dissertations, of them 23 dissertations for the degree of candidate and 6 dissertations for the degree of Doctor of Biological and Medical Sciences. By the decision of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences in 2014 was awarded the honorary title - Founder of the scientific school "Endocrine mechanisms of comorbid pathology". Deputy Chairman of the Dissertation Council at the FRC FTM for the defense of dissertations for the degree of doctor (candidate) Sciences in the specialties "Cell Biology" (medical sciences), "Pathological Physiology" (medical and biological sciences); member of the Dissertation Council at the FRC FTM for the defense of dissertations for the degree of doctor (candidate) Sciences, specialty "Biochemistry (medical and biological sciences). RAS expert.

For a significant contribution to the development of biomedical science and many years of conscientious work, she was awarded state awards - the Order of Friendship (2001 Mr.), Honorary Diploma of the President of the Russian Federation (2022 Mr.); awarded the Honorary title "Honored Veteran of the SB RAS" (2017 G). Received numerous departmental and regional awards, certificates and thanks for the establishment.
