The strategic goal of creating a reserve is to form a community of young managers in the field of science, technology and higher education, motivated to solve key problems of scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation, with a high level of management potential and civic responsibility, having the required level of professional qualifications and having passed the selection.

Tasks:

• renewal of management personnel in organizations in the research and development sector, higher education;

• familiarizing managers with modern trends, models and tools for the development of science, technology and higher education.

TO 2030 year in Russia there will be a network of 25 modern campuses, a to 2036 there will be more of them this year 40. Now 1 project (MSTU campus. N.E. Bauman) already completed, a 24 projects are at different stages of implementation. They will become advanced platforms for the development of critical domestic technologies, implementing breakthrough scientific projects and attracting talented youth from all over the country.

The campus infrastructure will be created as a unified student environment, scientific and business community. Campus concepts involve a large number of open educational spaces, transformable audiences. This is a unique and comprehensive environment for individual and team development, general corporate culture of teachers, students and scientists. Projects and products developed on campuses must be in demand by residents of the city or region, in which they are located, contributing to the socio-economic development of territories.

AT 2021 eight campus projects were selected in Novosibirsk, Kaliningrad, Tomsk, Chelyabinsk, Ufa, Yekaterinburg, Nizhny Novgorod and Moscow. Nine more projects were selected in 2022 2018 - a modern campus will appear in Samara, Veliky Novgorod, Perm, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Tyumen, Khabarovsk, Ivanovo, Arkhangelsk, as well as on the federal territory "Sirius". 8 projects were identified in 2024 year, they will be implemented in the Trans-Baikal Territory, Kamchatka region, Primorsky Krai, Murmansk and Smolensk regions, Republic of Buryatia,
