IV All-Russian competition “Inventor of the Year”
The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation informs about the IV All-Russian competition “Inventor of the Year” (further – Competition). The purpose of the Competition is to identify and popularize the best achievements of inventors and innovators, having a high economic and/or social effect, aimed at ensuring the technological sovereignty and leadership of the Russian Federation.
