In honor of the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War 13 May 2025 year, a memorial office of the organizer of the Siberian Branch of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences in Novosibirsk was opened at the FRC FTM, first and permanent throughout 28 years of director of the Institute of Clinical and Experimental Medicine, the legal successor of which is FITs FTM, Academician of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences Kaznacheev Vlail Petrovich, front-line soldier, past since 1942 on 1945 years of harsh war path. As a platoon commander of the 1676th artillery regiment of the 3rd Ukrainian Front, he marched through the territory of Ukraine, Romania, Yugoslavia and Austria. Ten days before the Victory, Vlail Petrovich was wounded and severely shell-shocked. The injury was serious, in the neck, as a result, the left half of the body was paralyzed. For a long time V.P. Kaznacheev was treated in various hospitals and was discharged from the army, after which the next stage in his life began, associated with Novosibirsk medical institutes and medical science.
